David Lane Restorations is a firm of designers and cabinet makers, specialising in fine quality custom made furniture.  The services and products we offer are for every room of the house.  We also design and manufacture for commercial premises, ie: Offices, Shops, Hotels, Public Houses etc.

Our Workshop is based in Lymington, Hampshire and has established a reputation for good design, exceptional quality of materials and manufacture, and reliability of service.

Although we specialise in the very best of hardwoods, and all types of paint finishes, we can design and make anything to your individual requirements.

We offer a level of personal service to all our clients that is second to none.  Once commissioned, detailed plans are prepared and meetings arranged to finalise all the relevant details to ensure a successful project.  You are encouraged to visit your work at any stage of it's manufacture so that fine details may be discussed, and the intricacies of traditional cabinetwork enjoyed.

Handmade furniture has a tradition of being highly priced.  Since we do not have high street showrooms or salesmen our prices compare most favourably.  We have a small showroom with examples of our work which will give you many ideas, also a large portfolio of photographs.

We undertake all types of antique restoration, french polishing, wax polishing, veneering, repairs and alterations.  We have a large stock of old wood and fittings to enable us to carry out work sypathetically.

Other services include Ragging and dragging, marbling, wood graining, liming etc.

We are suppliers of ranges and agents for Neff aplliances, Smeg appliances, Lacanche ranges, Schock granite sinks and most other quality makes.

We also supply granites, marbles, solid wood worktops, brass taps, butlers sinks and much much more.
